1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using resetscorecard.com, taking The RESET Scorecard™ assessment, or engaging with any related content (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What The RESET Scorecard Is — and Is Not
The RESET Scorecard™ is a general wellness self-assessment and educational tool. It is designed to help you reflect on patterns across five self-reported domains: Recovery, Energy, Stress Control, Execution, and Trajectory.
The RESET Scorecard is NOT:
- A diagnostic instrument for any medical, psychiatric, or psychological condition.
- A substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional.
- A means of establishing a doctor-patient relationship. Completing the assessment, receiving your results, or receiving general educational follow-up content does not, by itself, create a doctor-patient relationship with Alexandru I. Cojanu, M.D. or any other clinician. A doctor-patient relationship is formed only when you separately engage in a scheduled clinical consultation under the terms presented at that time.
- Monitored in real time. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 immediately.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults (18 years or older). By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Your Responses and Results
Your results are generated from your own self-reported answers and are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Results are not validated as a clinical diagnostic measure and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional evaluation. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on your results, including whether to seek professional care.
5. Intellectual Property
The RESET Scorecard™, The RESET Method™, and RESET Consult™ are part of the Calibrated Arc™ intellectual property system. The Calibrated Arc™ name and system, The RESET Scorecard™, The RESET Method™, RESET Consult™, and all associated question sets, scoring methodology, result descriptions, written content, graphics, and the "RESET" name and logo are the proprietary intellectual property of Alexandru I. Cojanu, M.D. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute the assessment questions, scoring methodology, or result content, in whole or in part.
- Reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying scoring logic or decision rules.
- Use the "RESET" or "Calibrated Arc" names, marks, or branding in connection with any competing or derivative product or service.
- Use any automated system (including AI training, scraping, or data-mining tools) to collect or reproduce content from the Service.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that your results will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your individual circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexandru I. Cojanu, M.D. and his affiliates, officers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for the free assessment, is zero).
8. Communications and Consent
By submitting your contact information through the assessment, you consent to being contacted about your results and about RESET Consult offerings, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to third-party scheduling tools (such as Calendly), payment processors, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service you access through a link from our Service.
10. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
